Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to P-H3-Image, an online AI image generator and photo editor. You can create still images from short text prompts, edit uploads with instructions, use reference photos where the product allows, and manage your work in a private gallery or history on our platform. P-H3-Image is an independent service that provides an editor and gallery access to lean, H3-based image generation on our platform. We are not the developer of the underlying H3 or P-H3-Image model weights and are not affiliated with or endorsed by MiniMax or other model developers.

   • You must have all necessary rights, consent, and permissions for every photo, likeness, trademark, text, branding, or other content you upload or describe in a prompt, and for how you use Generated Content.
   • Generated images may vary in quality, detail, skin texture, text rendering, colour, resolution, style match, and edit fidelity based on your prompt, uploads, reference images, settings, model behaviour, system capacity, and technical limits—including known weaknesses with hands, small background figures, dense text, or very short or very long prompts.
   • P-H3-Image and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, interfaces, workflows, and underlying technology used to operate the service.

2. Platform Technology:

   • The P-H3-Image platform is owned by or licensed to the operator of p-h3-image.org and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
   • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, workflows, or underlying models from our service, except where law forbids such restrictions or we give written permission.

3. No Endorsement by Third Parties:

   • You must not state or imply that your use of the service, your Generated Content, or this website is officially endorsed by MiniMax, other model developers, or any person, brand, platform, trademark owner, or rights holder unless you have permission.

   • If you publish Generated Content on social platforms, websites, or ads, you are responsible for following those channels' rules and any third-party rights that apply.

3. Usage Limits and Quality:

   • Generation is subject to plan limits, credits, fair use, queue capacity, and system availability.
   • Output resolution, processing time, step count, text in images, layout, and edit accuracy may vary based on your inputs, settings, plan, and technical conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P-H3-Image and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, reputation, platform accounts, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service, third-party conduct, Generated Content, uploads, publication of outputs, or unauthorised access to your data—whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or other theory, even if we were advised of the possibility.
